Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store operations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes.
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns, and receive merchandise.
• Create a warm, welcoming store environment and engage customers on the floor.
• Leverage product knowledge to tell stories and curate collections for customers.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and participate in health and safety practices.
