Michaels Stores in Oakville, ON is looking for a customer-focused store associate to assist customers, handle checkouts, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks. The role supports omni-channel activities and rewards enrollments.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, processing transactions, and promoting the Rewards program while maintaining store standards and safety procedures.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around store.
• Familiarity with store policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store; complete merchandise recovery and returns process.
• Support store in stock optimization and AD set duties.
• Assist shrink and safety programs.
