Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Cambridge, ON is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers, maintain store standards, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with unloading, stocking, and store recovery while providing friendly service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS and SFS processes, and following SOPs. Availability for nights, weekends and mornings is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
