Job summary

Michaels North Vancouver store is seeking a team member to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You will engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, assist with omnichannel tasks, and support store recovery and safety initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel tasks including BOPIS and SFS.
• Unloading trucks, stocking shelves and maintaining planograms.
• Support store recovery, returns processing, and in-stock optimization.
