Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Kelowna, BC is hiring a Service Team Member for a part-time role. You will help customers find products, provide friendly service, and maintain a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and ensuring shelves are in stock and well-merchandised. Role requires weekday availability and the ability to stand for long periods; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms and store recovery.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and in-store operations.
