Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting).

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and in-stock store.
• Support store recovery, shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
