Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our VAN-WEST Vancouver store to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and ensure fast checkout experience. You will support truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and recovery to keep shelves in stock and well merchandised.

You will promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments and assist with omni-channel processes. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties and maintain store recovery standards.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide solutions.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
