Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum three years’ experience in construction/road maintenance (preferred).
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver’s License and MTO Operator’s Permit with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform winter maintenance shift supervision.
• Organize work with equipment, material and labor.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety and value for money.
• Provide training to junior Webber staff and safety instructions.
• Inspect contractor work for compliance and report on performance.
