Job summary

Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure, invites applications for a winter maintenance shift supervisor role with Webber, its construction arm in North America. You will coordinate contracted assets, organize daily work, ensure safety compliance, provide leadership, and liaise with agencies.

Primary duties include supervising winter maintenance, planning, organizing resources, and ensuring value for money while following safety standards and Webber procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift supervisor duties during the winter maintenance season.
• Assist in organizing/planning daily/weekly work as directed.
• Organize work activities by arranging equipment, materials and labor.
• Oversee operations to ensure value for money and safety compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to junior Webber staff on safety methods and procedures.
• Inspect contractor work for compliance and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Advise on traffic control at work sites and related matters.
• Handle administrative tasks per MTO and Webber procedures, including records and reports.
