Moose Knuckles Canada is seeking part-time seasonal sales associates to join our crew. You will deliver luxury service, selling and clientelling with strong product knowledge, ensuring a memorable customer experience.

In this role you will maintain visual standards, engage customers with warmth and humor, and help drive best-in-class results during each shift. Only candidates with mid-luxury or luxury experience should apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mid-luxury or luxury experience.
• Ability to engage customers with authentic conversation.
• Knowledge of product details and jacket features.

Responsibilities

• Selling, clientelling and providing a memorable experience to each customer
• Engaging in conversation in a genuine manner
• Providing relevant and detailed product knowledge in each customer interaction
• Completing large transactions with high level of attention to detail
• Taking customer information for follow up and email blasts
• Keeping the store clean and maintaining strong visual standards
• Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion in day to day interactions with each other and with customers
• Follow the rules; understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations
