Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking enthusiastic seasonal retail associates to join our Montreal team during the holiday season (August to February). You will bring passion for customer service and help create a warm Canadian hospitality experience as part-time staff.

You will participate in store operations, customer experience, and product knowledge sessions to ensure exceptional service. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, knowledge of luxury brands in high-traffic locations, and strong

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a client-focused environment.
• Ability to drive store performance through effective service and sales.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands in high-traffic locations is a plus.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and productivity targets.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and communication.
• Participate in store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist with KPIs such as conversion rate and average sale value.
• Encourage higher units per transaction with strategic product placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through after-sales service.
• Follow store procedures to minimize shrink and maintain standards.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and support store upkeep.
