Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist in delivering an authentic client experience and support the store during peak periods. You will work across FOH and BOH, helping Client Advisors, manage product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Ideal candidates are client-focused, with strong communication and teamwork, and flexible for weekends and peak days. This is a part-time seasonal role in Canada with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Client-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and contribute to an engaging and authentic Stone Island experience.
• Support Client Advisors during high-volume periods and assist with client requests.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise from the BOH to the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support product availability and replenishment to ensure the sales team can efficiently serve clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized BOH and sales floor and assist with inventory activities.
