Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across store operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain mobile on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before/after opening hours.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, returns, and shelving.
• Create visually appealing merchandising displays and a welcoming store environment.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and share product stories.
• Assist customers in curating product collections and providing great service.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by the team and customers.
