Job summary

Indigo Books & Music in Grande Prairie is hiring a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative for a part-time role in the Customer Service department. You will support daily store operations, assist customers on the floor, and help manage inventory and merchandising while delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background in retail and strong English/French communication are valued, with compensation up to CAD 18.25

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/French is preferred for Québec positions; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and assist customers on the floor.
• Stock replenishment, inventory checks, and merchandising to maintain an appealing store.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and tell stories through products.
• Engage with customers, respond to feedback, and ensure safety protocols.
