Job summary

Indigo is hiring at our Canada stores to create welcoming, joyful experiences for customers. You will tell stories through our products, engage on the floor, and curate collections tailored to each guest while upholding Visual Standards.

Applicants should be available for early mornings (5am), flexible scheduling, and be fluent in English and French. Prior specialty retail is preferred; training and growth are part of our culture at Indigo.

Qualifications

• 5am availability is required.
• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn all aspects of the store.
• Proven commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with proper equipment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingual French/English required for Québec; other languages an asset.
