Job summary

Indigo Books & Music in Canada seeks a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our Customer Service team. This part-time role focuses on welcoming customers, sharing stories through our products, and delivering joyful moments.

You’ll engage with shoppers on the floor, curate tailored product selections, ensure visual standards, and support health and safety. The position offers flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
