Oak + Fort in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Seasonal Client Experience Representative to bridge online customers and the company. You will support sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience through live chat, phone, and email, and help grow the brand with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail or a call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and channels (email, chat, phone).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email.
• Maintain fast, friendly service and timely responses.
• Provide product updates and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Check product availability and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with e-commerce and stores on orders and returns.
• Process returns, refunds, and credits as needed.
• Assist with order management and showroom pickups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
