Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Specialist for our Vancouver Oakridge store. The role focuses on providing sales and operational support to ensure an elevated client experience.

You will coordinate with the sales team to handle client inquiries, manage transactions, maintain CRM records, and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks. This position drives sales through client outreach and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and deliver exceptional hospitality and product assistance to clients.
• Support the sales team by maintaining strong product knowledge and assisting with client interactions.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information.
• Actively promote new products through personalized client outreach.
• Assist with maintenance of store displays and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to replenish and maintain merchandise accessibility.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.
