Job summary

Cummins is seeking a General Manager for the Saskatoon, SK branch, focused on service and operations. You will lead daily operations, guide strategic initiatives, and drive profitable growth across the Saskatchewan and Western Canada markets.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, manage cross-functional execution, and deepen customer relationships while advancing continuous improvement and Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and P&L management.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams across functions.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable business plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across Saskatoon and Regina branches.
• Implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve goals.
