Centra Windows & Install Pros seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead the Prairie expansion from Saskatoon or Regina. You will own market entry, demand generation, facilities and operations, and build the regional leadership team.

You will drive revenue growth, gross margin and customer experience while shaping Centra's long‑term expansion model across the Prairies, collaborating with local communities and partner networks.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across business operations, sales, construction, or related fields.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L accountability.
• Experience in residential construction or home services preferred.
• Direct P&L ownership including revenue, margin, EBITDA, budgets and capex.
• Proven track record building or scaling a business, entering new markets or growing regions.
• Experience leading sales and operations, with focus on customer experience.
• History building teams from ground up, hiring and developing leaders.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases with market data.
• Proven ability to generate local demand through networking and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan business communities and networks.
