Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to lead SAP FI/GL/AR/AP/PS/AA and S/4HANA initiatives, guiding clients in Ontario and across Canada. You will drive data-centric design, governance, and successful ERP transformations while mentoring delivery teams on complex workstreams.

In a digitally driven, innovation-led environment, you’ll partner with clients and executives to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions that create measurable value and sustained competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP FI including GL, AR, AP, PS and AA.
• 2+ years with S/4 HANA.
• 1+ year leading teams in Global Delivery module.
• Act as a Functional Solution Architect within the functional area, providing high-level design expertise.
• Experience in SAP S/4 transformations and successful project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and systems.
• Analyze, design and or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions.
• Aligned with data governance, predictive modeling, and or data visualization.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
• Interact with all workstreams - technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more.
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
