Job summary
IBM is seeking an Associate Partner SAP to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the enterprise software space across Canada. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and tailor SAP solutions.
You will lead new business development, deliver solution-based selling, ensure seamless implementations and foster long-term customer relationships to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Deep Expertise in SAP Solutions: Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, HANA, and Cloud solutions, able to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Proven Sales Leadership: Track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in enterprise software.
- Industry Insights and Trends: Understand industry trends, competitor activity, and SAP's roadmaps to inform sales strategies.
- Solution-Based Selling Expertise: Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based selling with internal collaboration.
- Project Delivery and Implementation: Deliver high-quality project implementations and ensure customer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Deliver Solution-Based Selling: Conduct needs assessments and provide solutions-based selling with internal teams.
- Ensure Seamless Implementation: Deliver high-quality project implementations and ensure customer adoption of SAP solutions.
- Foster Customer Relationships: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying upsell opportunities.
