EY's SAP Managed Services practice seeks a senior leader to drive service delivery, growth, and governance across complex SAP environments in Canada. You will partner with clients and executives to shape offerings, lead strategic engagements, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will advocate responsible AI adoption, oversee pricing and delivery quality, and scale repeatable, AI-enabled approaches. The role offers influential cross‑team exposure and the chance to impact EY's SAP

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading SAP Managed Services.
• Ability to shape, solution, and sell SAP engagements.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years in SAP Managed Services, AMS, or SAP operations.
• Experience with SAP governance, SLAs, ITSM, and service delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Drive growth by identifying and closing SAP Managed Services opportunities.
• Advise clients on outsourcing, managed services, and transformation.
• Lead complex SAP engagements and governance forums.
• Oversee service performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
