Job summary

You will advocate responsible AI adoption, oversee pricing and delivery quality, and scale repeatable, AI-enabled approaches. The role offers influential cross‑team exposure and the chance to impact EY's SAP
Qualifications
- Experience leading SAP Managed Services.
- Ability to shape, solution, and sell SAP engagements.
- Executive presence and stakeholder management.
- 5+ years in SAP Managed Services, AMS, or SAP operations.
- Experience with SAP governance, SLAs, ITSM, and service delivery.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying and closing SAP Managed Services opportunities.
- Advise clients on outsourcing, managed services, and transformation.
- Lead complex SAP engagements and governance forums.
- Oversee service performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Shape SAP Managed Services strategy, offerings, and delivery.
- Support solutioning, deal pricing, contract management, and quality.
