Job summary

Affinity Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major SAP S4 implementation for a public sector client in Surrey, Canada. The role focuses on governance, coordination, communication, and documentation across the project lifecycle.

You will maintain project records, track risks and issues, coordinate meetings, and ensure actions and deliverables are monitored and communicated. Experience in technology transformation and strong organizational skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, logs, and governance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and vendors.
• Proficiency with common project management tools and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, records, and repositories.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Support project schedule maintenance and status reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist with project planning, reporting, and governance activities.
• Support communications between project team members, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Work closely with the System Integration (SI) and other project delivery partners.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
