Job summary

2i Solutions, Inc. in Toronto invites a SAP FICO S/4 Functional Lead for a 6‑month contract with potential extension. Hybrid role: 2–3 days onsite, remaining days remote.

Start May 6, 2025; project duration 6 months; 35 hours per week. You will lead SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable and Project Systems, coordinating with government and private sector clients to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large projects/programs, government or private sector.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules: Finance, Controlling, Asset Accounting.
• SAP FI-CO certification would be an asset.
• Experience or knowledge of Asset Retirement Obligation, Treasury and Risk Management.
• Advanced Financial Closing and Grants Management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementations in S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery for SAP FICO S/4 projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance, budgets and schedules.
• Drive testing, cutover activities and user trainings.

• Expertise and experience in SAP S/4HANA modules; SAP Finance, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Project Systems, Funds Management,
• SAP Certification FI-CO would be an asset;
• Experience or Knowledge of any of the following modules will also be an asset; Asset Retirement Obligation, Treasury and Risk Management, SAP
• Advanced Financial Closing and Grants Management.
• Expertise in configuration of S/4 HANA modules including SAP Finance, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Project Systems, Funds Management.

• Strong knowledge of test methodologies.
• Project excellence spanning Governance, Definition, Planning, Project Management & Control, Financials and Close-out.
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Change Request will also be an asset.
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel.
• Ability to work in transformative programs.
• Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities.
• Strong in process management and controls to minimize risks exposure.
• Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
• Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels, including business partners, leadership and vendors).
