Skillhub Solutions Inc. in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Project Coordinator on a 6-month contract to support the SAP program office. The role will handle onboarding of resources, governance meeting logistics, and broad project administration on-site.

You will prepare updates, coordinate with workstreams, and maintain documentation to keep programs on track and ready for governance reviews. This execution-support position is not a hands-on SAP delivery role.

• Coordinate onboarding of project team members and external resources.
• Prepare governance meeting materials and status reports.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of project team members, consultants and external resources.
• Prepare recurring governance meetings, including agendas, presentations, status reports and supporting materials.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate participants and distribute materials.
• Record decisions, minutes, actions, owners and deadlines; follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate with leads across Testing, Data Migration, Integration, CSV, Training and Change Management.
• Support communication among the Program Director, Project Manager, workstream leads and other stakeholders.
• Maintain action logs, meeting records, trackers and project documentation.
