Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to understand complex situations quickly, e.g. contracts, financial models, operational changes.
• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, complete and execute SD orders/contracts in SAP.
• Generate down payment requests and invoicing per payment terms.
• Place purchase orders and verify third-party confirmations/invoices.
• Monitor order costs and process non-conformance costs.
• Post journal entries and perform account reconciliations at month-end.
