Job summary

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist in Calgary to manage end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and company policies.

The role requires hands-on ADP Workforce Now expertise, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations. The candidate will handle wages, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing and administration.
• Mandatory experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and employment standards.
• Experience handling payroll taxes, remittances, garnishments, and other statutory deductions.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team in Calgary. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll while ensuring compliance with company policies, Canadian payroll legislation, and applicable employment standards.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with payroll reporting.
• Power BI experience is considered an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across HR and Finance.
• PCP certification or relevant education in Payroll, Accounting, or a related field is considered an asset.
