Job summary

Ampstek seeks a payroll and benefits specialist with SAP HCM expertise to support US payroll configurations and HRSP release cycles in Canada. You will handle defect resolution, wage-type configuration, and year-end testing across system landscapes.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll setup, off-cycle payroll, unit and integration testing for quarterly HRSP releases, and Webdynpro applications for 3rd party contractors.

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end payroll configuration.
Wage-type configuration expertise.
Unit testing and integration testing for HRSP releases.

Responsibilities

Resolve defects and perform breakfix for inbound/outbound incidents (≈5–6 per year).
Analyze and validate HRSP benefits notes across all system landscapes.
Manage year-end configuration/testing, incl. 401k limits, health plan rates, and vendor rates.
Configure wage types and end-to-end payroll settings.
Conduct unit and integration testing for HRSP quarterly releases.
Work with Webdynpro applications for 3rd party contractors.

Job description

This Role required supports defect and breakfix resolution can be inbound outbound Reports approximately 5 to 6 incidents annually. Also responsible for HRSP benefits note analysis and validation across all system landscapes, as well as yearend configuration and testing activities, including updates to 401k limits, health plan rates, RUIA rates and limits, vendor rates, and the execution of Annual Quarterly scheduled jobs.
