Job summary

Maverick InnoGarage seeks a Bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to ensure effective payroll solutions across U.S. and Canada. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and leading system design within the payroll framework while delivering user training and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
Proven experience with SAP modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and related integration tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for both the U.S. and Canada, including implementation, development, testing, and support.
Proven experience with SAP modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
Deep understanding of P2P (Point-to-Point) replication, Employee Central Payroll configuration, delustering, and related integration tools.
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, including legal reporting, vacation premiums, Social Insurance, and CFDI (Mexico payroll compliance is a plus if relevant).
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
