Must Have Skills

• 10+ years’ experience with SAP Payroll on‑premise (ECC) and/or ECP in recent years
• 10+ years experience in BA/project management capacity
• Experience with SAP Support Pack testing and year‑end payroll processes
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end payroll troubleshooting (calculations, DME, integrations)
• Solid understanding of Canadian payroll tax and CRA compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• In‑depth knowledge of replication from Employee Central to SAP Payroll

Nice‑To‑Have Skills

• Knowledge of the replication process from Employee Central to SAP Payroll
• Certification in HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll is an asset
• Strong knowledge of financial processes
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and practices is preferred

Soft Skills

• Strong ability to read and interpret payroll schemas
• Excellent communication skills with ability to produce clear documentation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams
