Job summary

Electric Mind Inc. is seeking a Training & Change Lead to own training and change management on an assigned client project.

You’ll review the SOW, advise on work required, and staff trainers to fit scope and budget while ensuring content is available. You will create and maintain content, manage delivery and communications, and collaborate with the client’s change-management team to ensure quality and innovation across the project.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate with delivery resources, People team, project leadership, and client’s training and change counterparts.
• Ability to review the training and change components of a project SOW and advise on work, staffing, and content required.
• Ability to staff trainers with the People team and project leadership according to project scope and budget.
• Ability to keep training and change work inside engagement/SOW boundaries while meeting client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review the training and change management components of the project’s SOW so scope, deliverables, and boundaries are clear before delivery starts, and advise project leadership on the work required.
• Create, update, and maintain the project’s training and change content—process documents, plans, guidance, enablement materials, communications, and change notes.
• Deliver the training and change management components of the project’s SOW: schedule and manage training sessions and coordinate trainers.
• Coordinate Electric Mind resource plan and engagement against the client’s training and change objectives.
• Translate changes into plain-language guidance for delivery teams and maintain the communication rhythm.
• Work closely with the client’s change management organization to provide expertise defined in the SOW.
