About the Role

The Sample Management Coordinator manages biological samples collected during clinical trials, ensuring all tasks comply with study protocols, GCP, and SOPs.

Note: This is a part-time/variable-hour role without health benefits. There is potential for full-time employment as opportunities and needs arise.

What You'll Do

• Maintain confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors.
• Provide high-quality customer service within the department.
• Report procedural deviations promptly.
• Understand protocol-driven timed study events and acceptable windows.
• Perform activities such as sample preparation, handling, inventory, and shipping.
• Follow study-specific sample management procedures.
• Maintain and document equipment used in sample management.
• Coordinate with external vendors like shipment couriers and central labs.
• Communicate regularly with clinical/study operations teams about sample statuses.
• Act as a liaison between teams.
• Assist with data queries and generate reports.
• Proactively address issues and communicate resolutions.
• Complete required training and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Offer

The pay range is estimated between $18.35 and $24.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, education, location, and internal and market factors.
