The Research and Productivity Council (RPC) in Fredericton is seeking a Sample Login Technician - Mornings to join our Receiving & Shipping team. You will log sample submissions, interact with clients and analytical staff, and support bilingual customer interactions.
This full-time, permanent role requires organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with MS Office. Hours are 8:15 to 12:00, Monday to Friday, with starting wages of $23 per hour.

In business since 1962, we serve over 1000 clients annually from our locations in Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick.
We are recruiting to fill a full-time permanent position for a Sample Login Technician - Mornings who will work out of our Fredericton location and report to the Receiving Supervisor- Shipping & Receiving.
Receive and log sample submissions from our clients
Interact both with clients and our analytical departments with respect to analytical requirements and issues.
Assist with customer interactions coming from Reception and/or Shipping& Receiving, in French and English.
Organize ingoing and outgoing mail
Answer and forward phone calls
General clerical duties
High school graduate with some post-secondary preferred.
Aptitude for multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in both official languages would be considered an asset
Knowledge of MS Office
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Previous experience working in a lab, or similar environment would be considered an asset
Hours of work are 8:15 to 12:00p.m., Monday through Friday.Starting wages $23/hr.
