The Research and Productivity Council (RPC) in Fredericton, NB, is seeking a Sample Login Technician to join our Receiving & Shipping team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will log sample submissions, liaise with clients and analytic departments in English and French, handle front-desk interactions, organize mail, answer calls, and perform general clerical duties while contributing to a fast-paced lab environment.

In business since 1962, we serve over 1000 clients annually from our locations in Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick.
We are recruiting to fill a full‑time permanent position for a Sample Login Technician who will work out of our Fredericton location and report to the Receiving Supervisor- Shipping & Receiving.
Receive and log sample submissions from our clients
Interact both with clients and our analytical departments with respect to analytical requirements and issues.
Assist with customer interactions coming from Reception and/or Shipping& Receiving, in French and English.
Organize ingoing and outgoing mail
Answer and forward phone calls
General clerical duties
High school graduate with some post-secondary preferred.
Aptitude for multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in both official languages
Knowledge of MS Office
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Previous experience working in a lab, or similar environment would be considered an asset
Hours of work are 8:15 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Compensation range starting at $43,290. RPC offers a generous employeebenefit plan including a defined benefit pension plan, Top Up for Maternity Leave, Wellness rebates, paid leave, and more.
