Job summary

The Research and Productivity Council (RPC) in Fredericton is seeking a Sample Login Technician - Mornings to join our Receiving & Shipping team. You will log sample submissions, interact with clients and analytical staff, and support bilingual customer interactions.

This full-time, permanent role requires organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with MS Office. Hours are 8:15 to 12:00, Monday to Friday, with starting wages of $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with some post-secondary preferred.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both official languages would be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log sample submissions from clients.
• Interact with clients and analytical departments regarding requirements and issues.
• Assist with customer interactions from Reception and/or Shipping & Receiving in French and English.
• Organize ingoing and outgoing mail.
• Answer and forward phone calls.
• General clerical duties.
