Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. in Regina, SK is seeking an Application Support - Salesforce Manager to own the Salesforce ecosystem strategy and operations.

You will lead the IT workstream for a Digital Transformation, coordinating integration across enterprise systems and serving as the primary technical liaison with Salesforce and implementation partners. The role owns the platform roadmap, manages the Salesforce support team, and drives ongoing improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery or IT leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Degree or diploma in CS/IS or related field.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer, or Application Architect.
• Strong integration knowledge: REST, SOAP, ETL, microservices.
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations.
• Vendor management experience.
• Background in dealership/manufacturing/distribution is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT workstream for the Digital Transformation program and coordinate integration development.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with Salesforce delivery team and vendors.
• Define and enforce technical standards, security, and governance.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.
• Manage environments across Development, Test, UAT, Production.
• Ensure data migration quality and validation.
