You're a problem-solver with hands-on Salesforce experience, comfortable with automation, reports, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Salesforce configuration and automation experience.
• Experience turning business needs into system requirements.
• Experience with integrated enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce usage, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis with partners.
• Maintain system documentation and provide user support and dashboards.
