Job summary
TD Wealth is seeking a Salesforce Associate, Business Analyst in Toronto to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and drive effective delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will developreports and dashboards, support data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and QA.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business or technology field.
- Salesforce Associate Certification is required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward certification is a strong asset.
- Business Analyst experience or related certifications are assets.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Produce consolidated Excel files for mass updates and data management.
- Collaborate with Business, Technology, QA teams to ensure solution delivery.
- Coach teammates and share knowledge to grow team capability.
- Lead small projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
