Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile methods.
• 3+ years in Regulated Industries (for Sr. level) or 1+ years as applicable.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
• Lead discovery sessions and capture business requirements.
• Define architecture and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments including C-suite levels.
