Job Title: Technical System Analyst- Salesforce

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 06-12 Months

Pay Rate: CAD 50-53/hour Incorporated

Domain: BFSI

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 7+ experience in applying business analysis| systems analysis| and technology delivery practices across a broad range of business functions.
• Should have experience working on CRM systems/ Salesforce platform / object model
• Exp. in writing PL/SQL queries to support data validation, troubleshooting, and test data setup.
• Document high-level designs, system interactions, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end data flows.
• Provide production support for back-office systems, including issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and coordination with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Gather and document integration requirements, business process flows, database requirements, process mappings, and API endpoint mappings
