Job summary

CGL is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12‑month temporary assignment in a hybrid role (2 days in office) focused on Salesforce CRM enhancements. You will work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve user experiences, and support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of business experience and two years in a BA role, with experience in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related business experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process analysis, and solution delivery).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of applications, procedures, and workflows.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners across Business, Operations, Data and Technology teams to prioritize requirements and support Salesforce CRM enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify business needs and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce CRM solutions and enhancements.
• Analyze processes, user feedback and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and better user experience.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to evolve Salesforce CRM as a strategic platform.
