Job summary

CGL, a leading Canadian financial services co-operative, seeks a Business Analyst to drive Salesforce CRM improvements and collaborate across Business, Operations, Data and Technology. You will elicit, document, and validate requirements, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and deliver scalable solutions supporting a CRM strategy.

The role requires at least three years in business analysis, strong communication, and experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related business experience.
• Minimum two years in a Business Analyst role (requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process analysis, and solution delivery).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.

• Collaborate with partners across Business, Operations, Data and Technology teams for prioritization, gather requirements and support Salesforce CRM enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs, document requirements, analyze impacts, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for Salesforce CRM evolution.
• Analyze business processes, user feedback, and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increased efficiency, stronger controls, and improved user experiences.

How You Will Create Impact

To Join Our Team

• Minimum three years of related business experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (including requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, process analysis, and solution delivery).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions across business and technology teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
• Strong Business knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures, and workflows.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
• CBAP, CCBA, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, or related certifications are considered assets.

Expected salary range $60,574.00 to $100,956.00

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
