Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to design and implement CRM-centric improvements.

The role covers requirements elicitation, data mapping, API and data flow design, and production support for back-office systems, with a hybrid Toronto work arrangement (3 days in-office).

• Experience working on CRM systems/Salesforce platform/object model.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects and Developers to conceptualize solution designs to meet business objectives.
• Define data mappings aligned with enterprise data platform design standards.
• Gather and document integration requirements, business process flows, and API endpoint mappings.
• Write PL/SQL queries to support data validation and test data setup.
• Provide production support for back-office systems and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
• Identify data quality gaps and support resolution activities.
• Document high-level designs, system interactions, and data flows.

Duties Include:

• Liaise with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand business objectives and design solutions that meet analytics, operational, and management reporting needs while ensuring alignment with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process analysis, business scenarios, and user stories.
• Analyze and conceptualize solution designs in collaboration with Systems Architects, Software Developers, and other delivery partners to achieve business and client stakeholder objectives through effective use of technology.
• Analyze source and target system data requirements and define data mappings aligned with enterprise data platform design standards.
• Gather and document integration requirements, business process flows, database requirements, process mappings, and API endpoint mappings.
• Write PL/SQL queries to support data validation, troubleshooting, and test data setup.
• Provide production support for back-office systems, including issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and coordination with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Identify outlying data patterns, data quality gaps, and data cleansing issues, and support resolution activities.
• Document high-level designs, system interactions, integration touchpoints, and end-to-end data flows.
