Job summary

Day-to-day tasks include facilitating workshops, creating materials, assessing participant needs, and tailoring content to varying skill levels while collaborating with sales leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for in-person and online sessions.
• Experience in sales trainings, curriculum and learning material design.
• Excellent communication to explain concepts clearly and coach participants.
• Solid customer service orientation to tailor training to client needs.
• Proven experience in sales or sales leadership across industries.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
• Comfort with presentation tools and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with MISDP.
• Facilitate workshops, create training materials, and assess participant needs.
• Adapt content to different industries and skill levels.
• Observe sales interactions, provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and solutions.
