You will design and deliver on-site and classroom sessions, assess learning needs, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on safe equipment operations and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Regulatory knowledge of OHSA, CSA, ESA, ANSI is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or with heavy equipment is an asset.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, on-site and classroom training to diverse audiences.
• Perform needs analysis and tailor content to learners.
• Assess participant questions with professionalism and inclusivity.
• Conduct practical assessments on equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to meet customer needs and maximize value.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
