• Prior experience in sales or sales leadership roles in B2B or B2C environments.
• Ability to adapt training content for different industries and learner levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning sessions and managing schedules.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and presentation software (PowerPoint, LMS).
• Post-secondary education in Business, Education, Communications, or related field is an asset.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Role Description

The Sales Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Orleans, ON.
