OSL Retail Services Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment cycles for field store and corporate teams in Mississauga, ON.

You will partner with HR, program managers, and recruiting leaders to drive strategic sourcing and candidate selection in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 18–24 months of recruiting experience, knowledge of the sales industry, and the ability to work evenings/weekends across Canada.

Qualifications

• 18 to 24 months of recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of the sales industry.
• Creative and meticulous in sourcing strategies.
• Motivated to meet targets and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work evenings and weekends to support Canada-wide goals.
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS, and navigate job boards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to understand current and future recruitment needs.
• Develop strategic candidate selection and sourcing campaigns.
• Act as an ambassador within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build connections with managers to define candidate profiles.
• Perform high-volume recruitment to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Solicit feedback from hiring managers to improve candidate fit.
• Conduct market analysis for localized recruitment efforts.
• Execute sourcing plans through meetings, ATS, CV searches, and research.
• Prepare and present recruitment statistics and reports.
• Attend and execute group interviews and job fairs.
• Promote the internal employee referral program.
