Job summary
OSL Retail Services Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Specialist in Mississauga to deliver post-sales product training and support, with a primary focus on post-sales activities and a backup on pre-sales support.

Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in IT & Computers or Computer Science preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as technical trainer preferred.
- 3-5 years of technical support experience with IT products and solutions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales 30%: train partners on solutions, provide technical training monthly/quarterly, support markets East, Central and West, assist with RFPs and demos.
- Post-Sales 70%: publish reports on solutions, provide regional support for installed digital signage, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, log issues in service cloud, field support and training.
