Job summary

Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. in Ajax, Ontario seeks a analyst to modernize the BI and steering framework for the Audi Canada sales department. You will consult on advanced analytics, predictive models, and automate sales metrics across field operations, planning, incentives, and used cars.

You will also lead the project office, delivering business requirements and direction to project owners to enhance the customer experience. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing or sales.
• 3+ years automotive industry experience in sales, marketing, retail or OEM.
• Supervisory experience not required.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI understanding for retail ops and digital customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic modernization of BI and steering framework for Audi Canada sales dept.
• Provide consultation on advanced analytics and predictive models for sales opportunities and gaps.
• Automate sales metrics for field operations, sales planning, incentives, and used car sales.
• Lead Audi Canada project office, defining business requirements and guiding project owners.
• Support dept strategy design and day-to-day decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
